Bead Haven Terms and Conditions

Thanks for dropping by to Bead Haven! I hope you enjoyed your stay here and found something of interest. :)

ORDERS
Should you wish to buy anything, please contact myself at littlemissbeadalot@gmail.com to discuss further. If you find a piece you desire has already been bought, not in a favourite shade, want to reconstruct a new design, please contact me for a custom order. It would, however require additional time for me to source the materials needed. Please allow 1-2 weeks in addition to standard shipping times.

SHIPPING COSTS / TIME
Prices indicated on site do not include postage costs. As a gauge, S$1.50 postage fee applies for normal local (Singapore) post and S$3.50 for registered mail (and is highly recommended!). I do ship overseas. Kindly contact me for more details. All shipping will be done via Singpost. Allow 3 days for processing (Singapore). More time as according to the time needed for shipment across to wherever you are is of course needed. If you require a piece urgently as a gift or otherwise, do contact me and hopefully we can work something out to speed up the process. Items will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of monies.
Please note: I will not be liable for any lost mail if sent via normal post.

PAYMENT
For Singapore buyers, payment will be either via internet bank transfers / ATM transfers or cheques. For international buyers, payment will be via Paypal.

RESERVATIONS
Finally... if you require some time to decide, maybe because you want to seek the opinion of friends or the bank account, do feel free to contact me to reserve the item. Reservations will last for a week from date of request. If you need a longer period, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be needed.
