busy busy busy!

I’ve got a few new items on the cards but will only have time to load them over the weekend. Some personal jaunt about town today and the time just flies away into oblivion.

I’ve managed to finish most of the outstanding customisations on hand and am midway through a few email discussions on a fresh batch as I speak. So do bear with me.

bag a wine charm

I spent Sunday afternoon holed up in the workroom finishing up the design for a set of bag charms that had been ordered. I had fun working on them, exploring my boxes (yes, BOXES!) of beads along the way. I haven’t quite been doing wine charms for the longest time, but it is something I can do.

the Grey Skies edition

So the weather has been kind of wet here in Singapore. Almost like clockwork, the skies open up at mid-afternoon for a REALLY heavy downpour. The best thing that comes from rain like that, is the wonderful sightings of rainbows about town. And boy have there been many!

So instead of lamenting about the weather, here’s 2 items that pay special tribute to the grey skies. And you got to admit, they are rather nice (if I say so myself!). And nope, they do not have to be worn on gloomy rainy days.

Dainty gold glided birds hang beneath grey faceted glass quartz. They are searching for shelter from the looming thunderstorm. Will they find one in time? Measures a petite 2cm drop, excluding earhooks. Limited pairs available, retails at $18. (Email me to reserve!)

This one’s a showpiece wannabe! She’s sultry in black yet rather shy in nature. A large cluster of smooth smoky quartz briolettes are tightly strung together and hang off a 20 inch double stranded necklace. Closes with a heart shaped toggle clasp that can be worn at front for added detail.

Such a smooth operator! She is made as part of a ‘prototype’. Currently unavailable. Email for customisation / details if she catches your eye.

Simply Charming

Been busy with a few custom orders these few days. Amongst them is this lovely bag charm. A couple of colleagues requested for something that they could gift another colleague who had recently lost her grandma. A really nice gesture..! A flurry of emails later, this resulted.

We all hope she’d like it!

I am beginning to feel like I just spent a day at the beach. After spending an afternoon working on these bracelets for a really lovely customer, I must say I am pleased with the result of all these starfish staring back at me. I sure hope she likes them. More eye candy available at Flickr.

'sisters'

Belle and her sisters love to hang out together. Hence, they all share similar tastes in fashion. Shanice and Heidi are fashioned in a similar way but with different components. A customised order for a customer’s daughter and her niece, I am sure this pair will find their way to the little girls’ heart.

A customised bracelet centred around the "xi" charm. Made with gold plated hoops and links, freshwater pearls and Czech glass, this bracelet is sure to dazzle.

Customisation -- Blue Roses --

Another customisation... :) A blue toned bracelet with the focal interest of the blue tensha beads. Complimented with Swarovski crystals and glass beads, and closed with a lobster clasp.

Another necklace specially customised for P. I love the soft, dainty, feminine look of this piece. :)

Made using the same basic chain design for Creative Creatures necklace but given a different pendant drop. Materials used are Swarovski crystals, cat's eye hearts and rhodium plated links.
