The Secret Garden is a novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett and was first published in 1909. It has matured with time and is now considered part of the staple in children’s literature. I remember reading it a long time ago, and being particularly taken with the idea of a secret hideaway. Where dreams come true through your own strength.

Sparkle Thots’ Secret Garden pays tribute to the seed idea of an enchanted grove where you spend hours tending over lil plants to grow the beauty within. Busy as a Bee

The last two days have been loads of fun! On Tuesday it was a private sale with loads of laughs, followed by dinner with friends. On Wednesday it was a very productive day with fresh inspiration and awe at the wonderful loot. I have half a mind to keep everything for myself but I know I cannot. The pocket would protest.
